Make an appointment

If you are a new visitor:

You can either call us at (8620)-8471 8123 to make an appointment or email us at customer@clifford-hospital.org.cn. We will get back to you within 24 hours for email enquiry.

If you already have a hospital card:

Apart from the above options, you can also use the Automatic Registration and Payment Machine in the Hospital lobby to make an appointment for your next visit, or scan the Clifford Hospital QR code at the Reception with WeChat and make an appointment accordingly. 

Whichever option you choose, please be kindly reminded that making the appointment at least one day in advance is encouraged and usually no same-day appointment can be scheduled. Please provide the following information for your appointment:

● Full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and contact information

● Card number (if you already have a hospital card)

Notice: some departments do not accept appointments made by phone or E-mail. Please confirm with our staff via E-mail or phone.
