Dr. Lu Yong graduated from Zhongshan School of Medicine of Sun Yat-sen University. He has practiced emergency medicine and critical diseases for almost 30 years and served as the deputy director at Emergency Dept. in General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command of PLA for 14 years.

He is knowledgeable about modern medical theories of and clinically experienced in acute, critical, complicated and emergency diseases, enjoying a remarkable reputation in local community.

He specializes in invasive blood pressure monitor, heart function monitoring with S-G catheterization, bedside blood purification (CRRT, HP, HF, PE) and emergency care for shocks (particularly septic shock), ARDS, NODS, severe heatstroke, various severe poisoning and trauma. He is clinically experienced in difficult tracheal intubation, organ function monitoring and support, and pre-hospital and ER therapeutics of ACS and stroke. He is competent in use of invasive/noninvasive ventilators and noninvasive ventilatory support for acute left heart failure, bronchial asthma, acute respiratory failure secondary to COPD.
