Dr. Luo graduated from the Second Military Medical University. He has been engaged in imaging diagnosis for over 35 years. He was the chief physician of Radiology Department in Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Area. He did further studies on cardiovascular system, digestive system, especially on liver, gallbladder diseases and tumors. Dr. Luo has made great contributions to the development of science and technology in relation to clinical diagnosis.
