Gynecology and obstetrics physicians and experienced midwives help the expectant mothers learn knowledge about nourishing the fetus, delivering baby and raising children. Specific courses include guidance for antenatal care, pregnancy nutrition, Lamaze breathing, psychological guidance, postpartum care, bathing a newborn, touching and caring for the newborn and prenatal, breastfeeding, etc.
