The Ophthalmology Department partners closely with the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center of Sun Yat-sen University, Southern Medical University and Jinan University. It is staffed by a team of highly professional and skilled physicians and nurses and supported by advanced medical devices and equipment, and delivers world-class treatments for cataract, glaucoma, myopia, ocular surface diseases and fundus diseases. Our range of services includes phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation (offering a full range of lens options including monofocal, bifocal, trifocal and toric lenses), anti-glaucoma surgery, various oculoplastic procedures (blepharoplasty, strabismus correction, ptosis repair, and eyelid tumor excision), pterygium excision and amniotic membrane transplantation.
